Ryan Carrell, CRP, GDS

Ryan serves as Regional Manager and a Partner at Carpenter Realtors. Over the past 25 years at Carpenter, Ryan has led the Relocation and Client Service Center as the liaison to all national accounts, relocation management companies, our international brokerage network, and directly oversee operations of several of Carpenter’s 33 office locations. Ryan has had the opportunity to give back to the real estate and talent mobility industry serving currently as the President of the Relocation Director’s Council Board of Directors, and previously as the Chairman of the Relocation Advisory Council (RAC) for The Leading Real Estate Companies of the World™, a member of the Worldwide Employee Relocation Council (WERC) US Advisory Council, and the WERC Global Symposium Planning Committee.

Prior to Carpenter, Ryan had grown up around the real estate business as his mother started as an agent in 1978. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Real Estate from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University. Ryan and his wife, Deni, live in Carmel, IN where they will be celebrating their 25th wedding anniversary and enjoy watching their son grow into a young man at the University of Cincinnati.
