Reyn Libed works in corporate strategy and operations at Community Health Network with experience in process improvement and clinical project management. He specializes in Lean Six Sigma framework and Change Management methodologies when consulting with leaders and facilitating teams through transformation.
Reyn received his MBA with a focus in Healthcare Management from Western Governors University. Reyn has worked in internal operations for various industries focusing on strategy development and systems improvement.
Reyn’s work with nonprofit organizations span over a decade advising a plethora of community-based programs. He has previously served on the Indiana High School Color Guard Association (IHSCGA) Executive Board and chaired of their Directors Advisory Committee. As a member of the Christ Church Cathedral, Reyn serves on the Ministry Leadership team and leads their Stewardship Committee which focuses on fundraising for the Cathedral’s community outreach program.
Originally from Hawaii, Reyn has been living in the Hoosier state since 2008. He and his husband, Matt, live in the downtown area with their two dogs Hudson and Asher. In their off time, they are busy filling their passports with stamps from across the globe and enjoying the outdoors with the dogs. Reyn’s competitive nature comes out in the form of sports including rowing crew, volleyball, and tennis.
