Access to free healthcare is a critical need in Indianapolis, where nearly 100,000 individuals face barriers to receiving care due to financial hardship, lack of insurance, or homelessness. Without affordable healthcare, many delay treatment for preventable conditions, leading to worsening health and higher costs for emergency care. Free clinics bridge this gap, providing vital services such as primary care, dental care, and women’s health services to those most in need. By ensuring access to these essential services, we can improve health outcomes, restore dignity, and build a healthier, more equitable community for all.
We are dedicated to serving the most underserved members of our community, including individuals who are disproportionately impacted by systemic inequities—particularly Black, Indigenous, People of Color (BIPOC), and Latino populations. Our mission is to address these disparities and ensure equitable access to quality healthcare for all.

At Gennesaret, our true impact is found in the lives we touch and the hope we restore. While numbers may tell part of the story, they can’t capture the relief of a patient receiving care after years putting their concerns aside or the gratitude of someone who finally found an advocate. Our work is about people—listening to their stories, meeting their needs, and empowering them to live healthier, more dignified lives.
