Gennesaret Free Clinics offers walk-in appointments with a team of skilled medical providers. Our goal is to offer high-quality care with the utmost respect. All visits and prescriptions are free to all patients no matter their insurance enrollment or ability to pay.

What can be treated at a standard doctor's visit?

A standard doctor’s visit is acceptable for:

  • Allergies, congestion, cough and sore throats, sinus infections, and other Cold or Flu-like symptoms
  • Diarrhea, nausea, and/or vomiting
  • Ear infections
  • Heartburn
  • Mild to moderate anxiety/depression
  • Pink eye
  • Urinary infections
  • Minor wounds, injuries, or infections
  • Lab testing (blood work)
  • General health screenings and physicals
  • Medication refills
  • Pregnancy tests
  • STI Testing and Treatment
  • Vaccinations

How can I get a standard doctor's visit?

Appointments are not required for standard doctor’s visits. We accept walk-ins during our open hours!

We have multiple clinic sites that are open at different times all around the city for your convenience! Here is our current clinic schedule:

Medical Clinic Hub
  • Location: Located inside of the St. Vincent de Paul Food Pantry at 3001 E 30th St Indianapolis, IN 46218.

  • Appointment Type: This clinic is walk-in only. People are seen on a first-come, first-served basis.
Mobile Medical Clinic at the IndyGo Transit Center
  • Location: IndygGo’s Julia M. Carson Transit Center Parking Lot at 201 E Washington St, Indianapolis, IN 46204
  • Clinic Hours:
    • Every 1st and 3rd Tuesday of the month,  1 pm – 3 pm
  • Appointment Type: This clinic is walk-in only. People are seen on a first-come, first-served basis.
Mobile Medical Clinic at Gleaners Food Bank
  • Location: Gleaners Food Bank Parking Lot at 3737 Waldemere Ave Suite 200, Indianapolis, IN 46241
  • Clinic Hours:
    • Every 1st and 3rd Tuesday of the month,  9 am – 11 am
  • Appointment Type: This clinic is walk-in only. People are seen on a first-come, first-served basis.

    • Every 2nd and 4th Tuesday of the month, 11 am – 3 pm

What if I need Women's Health Services?

Gennesaret also offers a Women’s Health Services program. Unlike our medical appointments, appointments are required for women’s health exams. To learn more about how to make a women’s health appointment, visit our Women’s Health Services page or call 317.653.6043 x1015.

What if I need to see a dentist?

Gennesaret Free Clinics also has a no-cost Dental Clinic. Appointments are required for a visit to our dentist. To schedule a dental appointment, call (317) 955-0217 or visit our Dental Clinic page.

What does it cost to be seen by a doctor?

Nothing! You will never receive a bill or copay from Gennesaret. All of our appointments and services are completely free. It’s not too good to be true!
