Originally from Southern Indiana, Amanda Kay Baker has called Indianapolis home for over a decade. She joined the Gennesaret team in November 2024, and arrived with a wealth of experience in media and medical marketing. As the Director of Development, Amanda oversees Gennesaret’s development initiatives, including creating strategic partnerships, leading fundraising efforts, and overseeing the Development team. With Amanda’s proven track record in securing high-profile deals, increasing revenue, and building relationships, Amanda is poised to help Gennesaret enter a new phase of impact.

Amanda brings a unique blend of experience in media and medical sales to her role at Gennesaret. She has worked with several prominent media outlets in Indianapolis, most recently WRTV, where she honed her skills in media marketing. Before her career in television, Amanda excelled in pharmaceutical sales, successfully launching specialty medications.

With her combined expertise in marketing and healthcare, Amanda is well-equipped to drive impactful initiatives that will help ensure a sustainable future for Gennesaret and the patients it serves. Her strategic approach and dedication to community health make her a valuable addition to the team.

In her free time, Amanda enjoys spending time with her four sons and two cats.
