Kendra Perkins received her undergraduate degree in business administration with a minor in marketing from Trine University. She then completed a dual degree program facilitated by the Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law and the Richard M. Fairbanks School of Public Health, earning a doctor of jurisprudence from McKinney and a masters in health administration from Fairbanks. Kendra is also LEAN Six Sigma green belt certified. Kendra is passionate about increasing access to healthcare for underserved communities, health policy, and optimizing the delivery of health services.
Since graduating in 2023, Kendra works as a paralegal in the department of law for the City of Carmel. Her current role primarily consists of conducting legal research and drafting legal analyses to assist the department. Kendra utilizes her legal education and health administration skills on various healthcare legislative and policy projects within the department of law.
