Linda Sturges, MHA

Linda serves as Director of Business Development for IU Health. In her role, Linda focuses on enhancing system impact and growth across the state by developing relationships and partnerships that align with IU Health’s mission, values, and strategic direction. Prior to joining IU Health, Linda spent five years at St. Vincent as the System Director of Business Development, where she was responsible for expanding St. Vincent’s footprint across new and existing programs by creating partnerships with hospitals, physicians, employers, and community organizations. She was also engaged in the strategic development of key service lines including women’s and children’s, virtual care, and sports performance.

Linda spent the first sixteen years of her career with Suburban Health Organization (SHO), an entity comprised of twelve central Indiana hospitals working together to promote quality, efficiency, and patient access in the communities they serve. As Vice President of Operations, Linda specialized in the areas of managed care contracting, quality and clinical initiatives, physician recruitment, payer credentialing, third party administrative and captive insurance services. Linda holds a Master’s degree in Health Administration and a Bachelor’s degree in Public Affairs from Indiana University.
